Payment Information
We use Paypal as our merchant service as it's fast and secure and takes a vast number of payment methods to suit everyones needs.
Cards accepted are - Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, Discover, Paypal.
All payments should be processed within the same day and all orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
Delivery Information
There is free delivery on all orders within the UK using the ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS Recorded Delivery Service. This means all items should arrive within 1-3 working days but allow a bit longer as the Royal Mail can be a bit slow.
For next day delivery there is a £5.00 Charge and all orders for next day delivery must be received before 2.00pm to ensure that they are dispatched for the next working day. On orders over £80.00 next day delivery is free.
Orders received on Fridays after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on friday with next day delivery before 2pm may not arrive until Monday.
International Shipping - Items can be shipped abroad but please get in touch with us as different shipping rates will apply. lf you send an email we will be happy to work with you to find a suitable and convenient delivery method.
Returns Policy
In case of a return please contact returns@electric-press.co.uk stating the error or reason for the return with your name and invoice number we will get back to you ASAP to arrange the return.
WE DO accept returns provided they are sent back within 14 days of receiving the items and they have not been washed, worn or damaged. We are happy to give refunds on items provided they are returned within 14 days and in the same condition as they left us.
We are only human so for errors such as dispatch of the wrong size/product just drop us an email, return the item together with a receipt for the cost of deiivery, (we will reimburse you for this) and we'll send the correct size/product out.
If you find an item is too small or big we do ask that you cover the cost of the return and in exchange we are happy to cover the cost of sending an alternative size back to you.
Out Of Stock Items
If items are out of stock that tends to be the end of the line for that product, however it may be worth sending an email to info@electric-press.co.uk and we'll try our best to find you what you need. If you order an item that is out of stock due to the site not updating fast enough an immediate refund will be made.
Sizing
Here's a rough guide to the sizing of our items, obviously sizes vary from country to country and brand to brand so feel free to contact us on info@electric-press.co.uk and we will answer any questions you may have.
Washing
Really dont see why more sites dont have a section like this, but l own most of the T-Shirts on the site already and it gives me a chance to put them through the wash give them a bit of general wear and tear so you wont be disappointed when you purchase one.
I recommend that you wash everything on the site at 30 degrees and never tumble dry it just kills prints. Hang drying it's a pain but itll help you get the most out of a tee, nothing worse than getting a new tee putting it through the was and it looking tired and faded.
